We offer two Subscription categories:

Personal Subscriptions - for the person who is buying
Gift Subscriptions - when you’re buying for someone else

Within each category, you have some options.

Personal Subscription Options

For personal subscriptions, you can choose between a monthly delivery plan and a less frequent delivery plan.

For monthly delivery plans, we offer different commitment terms. The longer your commitment, the less you pay per month.

For less frequent delivery plans, we offer two options. These plans are great for people who consume honey less often but still want to explore its variety.

Gift Subscriptions Options

For gift subscriptions, we only offer monthly delivery plans. You can pick between a 3, 6, or 12 month gift subscription duration. Gift subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Personal Subscription vs. Gift Subscription

The gift subscription exists as a separate product so that we can ask for additional details about the gift recipient.
Gift subscriptions do not renew automatically. You pay once for the total amount of your selected plan.
We do this, because we are assuming our customers, while generous, may not want to give a gift that renews automatically for an indefinite period. It could be kind of awkward when you decide to finally cancel a renewal for a gifted subscription.

Personal Subscription Details

The Different Plans
Monthly Delivery Plans: The different monthly subscription plans have varying lengths of commitment. By purchasing a 1 Month Commitment Plan, you agree to commit to a single month. By purchasing the 3 Month Commitment, you agree to commit to 3 months, and so on. The plans are discounted as the commitment periods increase. With these plans, HoneyComber Club will delivery a box each month.
Less Frequent Delivery Plans: These plans are designed for people new to raw honey or who may not consume honey very often.
There are two less frequent delivery options. With the Skip-Month Plan, HoneyComber Club will deliver every other month. With the Quarterly Plan, we will delivery once every three months. These plans renew automatically every other month and every three months respectively.

Renewal Terms & Billing
All personal subscription plans are renewed automatically. By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to have your card or payment method charged at the time of renewal.
Monthly Delivery Plans are renewed and billed once the commitment term has passed. For example, the monthly plan is renewed and billed each month; the 3 month plan is renewed and billed for the full term of monthly deliveries every 3 months, and so on.
Less Frequent Delivery Plans are renewed and billed every other month (Skip-Month Plan) or every 3 months (Quarterly Plan). For these plans, you are only committing to one delivery at a time.

Renewal Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your next renewal at any time before it is billed. Your cancellation will only take effect after your then-current term ends.
You are cancelling the renewal itself, not the current subscription plan.
For subscribers on the longer commitment plans, you will not be refunded for any remaining months on your then-current plan at the time of cancellation.

How Do I Cancel?
You can cancel your subscription renewal through your Account on our website or you may email, call, or text to notify us of cancellation.
We will bee very sad to see you go. Please give us any feedback you would like to share!

Gift Subscription Details

The Different Plans
You can give a HoneyComber Club Subscription to a friend for 3, 6, or 12 months. The plans are discounted as the commitment periods increase.
We will ask you for information about your gift recipient to facilitate fulfillment and to notify the recipient of your generous gift!

Renewal Terms & Billing
Gift Subscription plans DO NOT renew. After your initial purchase, you will not be billed again for a Gift Subscription.

Gift Subscription Cancellation Policy
Gift Subscriptions cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
If you purchase a Gift Subscription by mistake and the first box has not yet been shipped, you may contact us for a cancellation and refund.
